Gel wraps your forehead, temples and eyes at once, right where migraine pain tends to settle.

Blackout comfort
Pull it over your eyes to block out light and rest.
Reuse again and again
No melting ice bags. Wipe clean, refreeze, repeat.
How it works
Chill. Pull on. Unwind.
-
01
Chill it
Lay it flat in a clean plastic bag and freeze it for 2–3 hours, so the gel doesn't pool in one spot. Too stiff? Let it sit for 30–60 seconds first.
-
02
Pull it on
Pull it down over your forehead, temples and eyes. The double layer also cools the base of your skull. The stretchy fabric molds to fit, with no straps and no drips.
-
03
Unwind
Lie back in the dark for 15–20 minutes and let the cold ease the tension. Take it off right away if the cold turns painful or your skin feels numb.

Questions?
Everything you need to know before your first cool-down.
How much is shipping and how fast is it?
Shipping is $10.00, and your order arrives in 2–5 days, so you'll have relief on hand before the next migraine.
What if it's not right for me?
You can return your cap within 14 days. Just get in touch with us and we'll walk you through it.
How long should I chill the cap?
Lay it flat inside a clean plastic bag and freeze it for 2–3 hours before use. Laying it flat keeps the gel from pooling in one spot. If it feels stiff straight from a very cold freezer, let it sit at room temperature for 30–60 seconds so it molds to your head. Between uses, keep it in its sealed bag in the freezer so it's ready whenever a headache hits.
How long can I wear it?
Wear it for 15–20 minutes at a time, then take it off and give your skin at least 20 minutes to warm back up before the next round. Remove it right away if the cold becomes painful or your skin feels numb, and don't sleep in it or wear it overnight.
Can I wear makeup or skin cream under it?
It's best not to. Creams, makeup and oils can wear down the material and irritate your skin, so put the cap on clean, dry skin. Never use it over broken skin.
Can I use it for heat therapy too?
Yes. Soak it in warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes for soothing heat on tense muscles or sinus pressure. Use heat for up to 1 hour at a time. Don't microwave it, and always test the temperature on your wrist first.
Will it fit my head?
The soft, stretchy fabric fits most adult heads snugly, so the gel stays in contact where you need it.
How do I clean it?
Wipe it clean with a damp cloth and let it air-dry flat, then store it in its sealed bag in the freezer. Don't machine wash, bleach, dry clean or iron it, and don't wring or puncture it. Stop using it if the gel ever leaks.
Be ready for the next headache.
Keep an Ice Gel Cap in the freezer and turn the worst moments into a quiet, cooling pause.
